Having Problems downloading files its possible your computer may be blocking the file from being download.I know it can sure be a hassle but your in luck with a few steps you can get the file you want to download to complete.
The first thing is to disable your pop up blocker because most of the time when downloading software the pop up blocker is designed to block anything that pop up including that right your download.
If you are running Internet explore you would click on tools at the top and then click on Internet options,then privacy and then remove the check off of Turn on pop up blocker and then click Apply and then click OK this usually is the cause of download issues.
Other times it can be your antivirus ,it may see the file you are trying to download as a threat,so it may be protecting you from a potential virus,but if the site that you are trying to download your file from is from a reputable site then disable your antivirus by finding the icon for you antivirus and then go to the setting and disable it.
Other time it can be your firewall blocking it too,so keep all of this in mind when having download issues .
